11/Up Biathlon is CANCELED for Thursday 7/18
Rescheduled for Monday the 29th, more details to come.

Check back for practice updates for tomorrow if weather clears, if so normal practice times will be held.

2019 Practice Groups and upcoming stroke clinic

Monday June 24th starts our first regular practice starting at 9:15. Please come prepared with caps and goggles and on time! See attachment and documents for your assigned practice groups. See you all tomorrow!

As well as our first practice we will be joined by Level Three USS Swim Coach, Lynne Orr, at our stroke clinic! Don’t miss this great opportunity!
